On Wednesday 19th March, Avondale Golf Club hosted the 37th Annual OIU Golf Day. A field of eighty-six golfers battled it out for the silverware - our most successful event in terms of player numbers - and encouragingly, over a third of the field were Old Boys under the age of 30. With the course in tip-top condition, aided by the recent dry and warm weather, the greens were running true and fast, making it a great challenge for golfers of all abilities. 

Special thanks must go to the event organisers and the wonderfully accommodating staff of Avondale who made the day most enjoyable. Results: Charles Cuschieri (OR 1965) - Individual Winner of the Fr Fraser SJ Cup; Max Zukelich (OR 2015) & Ned Crostin (OR 2015) - 4BBB Winners of the AJ Clark AM Shield; Austin Orsini (OR 2024) - U30 Winner of the Charles Cuschieri Cup; and Luke Wiblin – Winner of the Father's Trophy.
