The Old Ignatians' Sports Association (OISA) consists of sporting clubs that provide opportunities for old boys to continue to play their preferred sport in a competitive but also sociable manner and maintain connections with fellow Old Ignatians. 

 OId boys can join one of the following sporting clubs: Lane Cove Old Ignatians Rugby Club, Old Ignatians Cricket Club, Old Ignatians Football Club, Old Ignatians Water Polo Club, Old Ignatians Rowing Club and Old Ignatians Lawn Bowling club.

The OIU supports each club with sponsorship funds to assist in registration, uniform and other operational costs. In return, the OIU seeks the support of members of each sporting club to assist in volunteering their time throughout the winter sport season on the OIU BBQ at Riverview rugby home games and at St Francis House.
