This year, we are continuing the program's focus on bringing together our vibrant community of younger Old Boys with experienced alumni, seeking to create dynamic connections focussed on career growth and inspiration. 

We are looking to launch our 2025 Career Mentoring Program in March, and would love for both aspirational mentees and mentors to get involved! If you're an aspiring mentee looking for career advice, eager to learn from those who've been there, or simply want to connect with like-minded individuals to bounce ideas off, we want to hear from you! For our seasoned professionals, this is your chance to give back. Share your invaluable experiences, the lessons learned from managing people, navigating challenges, and driving change. Your insights could be the catalyst that helps a new generation of professionals find their way. We will leverage our AI-based MentorCloud platform to connect mentors and mentees, and then hand the keys over to you to set a cadence of catch-ups as it suits your respective schedules. With great feedback received from prior programs, we look forward to continuing this in 2025.
