Lachlan has been making beer in Newcastle since 2012. Previously Lach was Head Brewer at Bluetongue Brewery, an Australian brewery owned by SABMiller. Grainfed opened its first brick-and-mortar brewery in June of last year. Here he is chatting to the ANZ CEO Shayne Elliot about the importance of branding, being a point of difference in the industry and his creative brewing process.
