Family and friends of Riverview gathered recently at the Milestone Hotel in Dubbo to celebrate another year and receive an update from the School Principal. Dr Hine. Director of Boarding Anthony Begg introduced local Riverview legend Ritchie McKay (OR47) to propose a toas to the School. Ritchie kindly thanked Dr Hine and the staff present for the wonderful work they of doing educating our boys.
On a lighter note, Ritchie cheekily remarked that upon reaching Dubbo in 1818, the explorer John Oxley bumped into an Egan, who said "welcome to Dubbo. We are having the Perrys over for dinner tonight if you'd like to join us !"
