Bursary Mass

The college recently held it's Bursary Mass and Thank you function where we heard compelling and grateful stories from Bursary recipients about how the Bursary program has helped them gain a Riverview education that would otherwise have simply been impossible. It was a wonderful night attended by the Principal Dr Paul Hine, Fr Tom Renshaw SJ, the OIU Bursary Committee, Old Boys from all year groups and their partners, current and past parents and of course the impressive Bursary recipients themselves. The OIU Bursary program is an integral part of the culture of Riverview and has been so for decades. Old Boys contribute more than 60% of funds for the Bursary program, and we couldn’t be anywhere near as successful without the support of the OIU and its generous members.
